Frequently Asked Questions

PARKING:

No vehicles may be parked on any portion of the Property, other than in driveways or other specifically designated parking areas.  

PETS:

Pets are permitted according to the restrictions in the Declaration.  Currently, three (3) domesticated pets are permitted with some breed restrictions. Exotic pets are prohibited.  Please see the Declaration for complete pet restrictions and prohibited breeds.  Any pet must be temporarily caged, carried, or kept on a leash when outside of a Home and pet owners must pick up and appropriately dispose of solid waste immediately. No pet shall be kept outside a Home or on any lanai, unless someone is present in the home. All pets must be registered, licensed, and inoculated as required by law.

HURRICANE SHUTTERS:

No hurricane shutters other than ones supplied by Builder may be installed with the prior consent of the ARC.

FENCES:  

No fences of any kind are permitted without prior Architectural Review. Fence Guidelines have been developed and are available for the community. Contact the Management Company for a copy of the current fence guidelines. 

BOATS, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, AND COMMERCIAL VEHICLES: 

No motor homes, trailers, recreational vehicles, boats, campers, vans, or trucks used for commercial purposes, gas powered scooters, all-terrain vehicles, and gas powered recreational vehicles, other than four-wheel passenger automobiles shall be permitted to be parked on any portion of the community, except for Law Enforcement and Fire Department service vehicles or trucks furnishing goods and services during the daylight hours and except as the Association may designate for such use by appropriate rules and regulations.  

UTILITIES: 

The homeowner is responsible for the utilities in the home.

TRASH COLLECTION:

You can expect prompt and consistent trash pickup as part of our community’s provided services. Recycle is picked up on Tuesday and trash on Monday.

WATER AND SEWER:

Water service is provided to our landscaping and outdoor common areas to keep them thriving and to our clubhouse and pool to keep them fully operational. Polk County Utilities (863) 298-4100
